Kelowna & the Central Okanagan

The dirtiest part of your HVAC is the part nobody cleans.

Every Coil, Top to Bottom.

Coil cleaning gets treated as a five-minute afterthought at the end of a service call. We make it the whole job.

Drag to compare — aluminum fins and copper tube runs, clogged vs. clear

What a clogged coil actually costs you

A coil transfers heat. When it's packed with dust, pollen and grease, it can't — so the system compensates, and you pay for it four ways.

Weaker cooling

A clean coil rejects heat far more effectively. Clogged, it can't — so the air coming out of your vents isn't as cold as it should be.

Higher bills

The system runs longer and draws more power to reach the same temperature.

More strain

Head pressure climbs and the compressor works against resistance that shouldn't be there.

Shorter lifespan

Years of that strain end a system well before it should have needed replacing.

The U.S. Department of Energy states dirty condenser coils can use up to 37% more energy.

I've seen plenty of coils marked down as “serviced” that were barely touched. I started this business because this job deserves proper attention, not a rushed five minutes at the end of a longer call.

Why we cost less than calling an HVAC company

Calling a full-service HVAC or mechanical company for a coil cleaning usually means paying a licensed technician's hourly rate, a service truck, and overhead built for repair and installation work — all for a routine cleaning.

This business is built around one service. That keeps overhead low and lets us charge less without cutting corners on the work itself.

You get a specialist who does this job all day, proper chemicals and tools for each coil type, and a thorough clean — without paying for the overhead of a full-scale HVAC operation.

For strata corporations and commercial properties, scheduled annual cleaning is almost always cheaper than the emergency call that follows years of neglect.
